EFL (ENGLISH FOOTBALL LEAGUE)
Working as a consultant looking after live match assets. Our role is to act on behalf of the EFL to ensure all parties including broadcasting, football clubs, signage companies and the league are all meeting their legal and contractual requirements.
THE FUTURE GROUP
We sit on the board of directors for this multi channel business group.
The group holds companies in the following sectors; employee health and wellbeing, public health, events and expeditions, gym and fitness studios and education sectors.
Our time within the business group has seen us take an active role in property acquisition, business development, business innovation, budgeting and forecasting as well as the conception of delivering new companies on the groups behalf.
PARK VIEW ACADEMY OF SPORT
Working as a commercial consultant, looking after the commercial offerings of the sports academy. The academy is aimed at 16-19 year olds and will see learners combine academic studies with progression in their chosen sport. All learners receive technical coaching, strength and conditioning and access to sports therapy and physiotherapy.
SWITCH NOW INTERNATIONAL
Using our knowledge of different industries we advise on breaking into new sectors by drawing up the management plans and KPI's in order to make sure consistent progress is being made. We currently are responsible for the Education, Sport and Community arm of the business.
TURBO SPORTS
With vast experience in Education, P.E provision and sports coaching we came onboard at the inception stage and have spent time forming the business plan, advising on potential pitfalls, routes to market, what the customer will be looking for and making sure the company's brand and design was eye catching and in keeping with what schools would be looking for.
We're now about to enter the live phase and we are going to use our connections and expertise to get the company and brand out in the right markets and in front of the right people.
SIEMENS
We have worked for Siemens for a number of years consulting on their employee health and wellbeing initiatives. We have also helped place and run various in house health and fitness sessions along with overall wellbeing projects.
JUST AUTOMOTIVE LTD.
AJS Consultancy was brought on board approximately 10 years after Just Automotive ltd. started, with the vision of expanding the business. We advised on recruitment and staffing structure as well as other markets that the business could tap into. We helped the business successfully add tyre fitting and MOT's onto the current services of general repairs and paintwork. We are currently working with the business to now expand into car sales and car finance adding further income revenue streams for the company.
HYDRO SPEEDING UK
After working with the owner on numerous projects within his other business we were asked to offer guidance and expertise on the set up and business structure for Hydro Speeding UK. With concepts such as franchising, it was an in depth discussion and planning phase in order to get everything right to make this business as user friendly, engaging and of course profitable as possible.
BASE UK / BASE CONSTRUCTION
This client approached us for consultation on how to transition from a small, local business to a larger, regional business. Our collaboration has been truly remarkable, and we’re thrilled to see this business thrive as a leader in their industry.
